Declassified documents are now revealing that the NSA Prism is not the first spy base operations the US has been designing. Documents from 1959 show plans to build a moon surveillance station.
"Project Horizon", a lunar base would have provided and "facilitate communications with the Earth" while providing perfect access to non atmosphere views of the earth for spying!.
To usher in Armstrongs 45th moon walking, these documents were declassified as well as plans to build a moon base that could attack targets here on earth! Wow! Sounds little James bondish!
